Location: the venue was near the gold tunnels from Woodstock Domain, and the Rimu hilltop view point over the mountains and Hokitika river, Right next to a pub that has excellent food and the micro brewery. Easy going staff, gave a lot of tourist information;)))

This hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms and great amenities such as Netflix. The on-site restaurant and micro brewery are a great plus, offering excellent food, craft beer and wine at modest prices. The location is perfect, right in the centre of all the action.

Great deal! The hotel served delicious meals and drinks, and we got two meals for the price of one on Tuesdays. The staff was friendly, and the room was well-maintained and separate from the main building. , the hotel is located just outside of town, offering a peaceful retreat from the busy city.

Limited facilities. Although the cottage was cozy, there was no chair or utensils to relax or cook, and there were no blackout curtains.

My recent stay in Hokitika at the Woodstock was absolutely perfect. The hotel was situated in a peaceful countryside setting, away from the hustle and bustle of town. The motel units were new and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, making us feel like family friends. The nearby pub, just a short walk across the car park, served delicious meals, especially their lamb shanks. I couldn't fault this place and would rate it 10/10 for its good old southern hospitality. I can't wait to come back!
